We are relocating to a beautiful new location in Talbott, in between Morristown and Jefferson City.
- Wednesday, September 23, we’ll begin caring for patients at 6890 West Andrew Johnson Highway in Talbott.
- The last day to care for patients at our current location at 850 West 3rd North Street in Morristown is Wednesday, September 16.

Directions
From Jefferson City:
- Follow US-11E N/E Broadway Boulevard for approximately 4.4 miles.
- Make a U-turn at Lakeshore Road and the office will be on your right.
From Interstate 81 (Greenville):
- Head southwest on I-81S
- Take exit 12 for TN 160 toward Lowland/Morristown
- Turn right onto TN 160N. Stay on 160N for approximately 11 miles
- Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto US-11E
- The office will be on your right
From Interstate 40 (Dandridge)
- Take exit 417 – Hwy 92N for approximately 8 miles
- Turn right onto George Avenume approximately 0.4 miles
- Turn right onto US-11E N/E Broadway Blvd. for approximately 0.5 miles
- Make a U-turn at Lakeshore Road and the office will be on your right.
From our Morristown Office:
- Head southwest on West 3rd North Street toward Grant Place
- Turn left on North Fairmont Avenue
- Turn right onto West Andrew Johnson Highway for approximately 6 miles
- The office will be on your right
